I can't recommend the team at Elgar enough. I had Dan, Eddie and Sam come out and diagnose the issue with my Air Source Heat Pump heating system. Unfortunately the heat pump had expired and so the system needed replacing. Dan was straightforward in recommending a suitable replacement and the team carried out the complex process of installing the new system into the existing plumbing and electronics. Their work is immaculate and I've never had so little intrusion in the house during significant works. The new system now works great and we are massively grateful to the experts at Elgar. Great to work with and faultless quality of work and attention to detail. Finding tradesmen you can trust can be hard and I'm glad to have found these guys.
Ours was a text-book example of a good trades experience! Eddie Scoffin responded quickly to our request for a rebuild of our en-suite, listened carefully to our needs and made cogent suggestions as to how they might be met. A quotation followed promptly and (Elgar being pretty busy) a tentative slot earmarked 2-3 months ahead.
We firmed up on specification and timing and, in due course, the Elgar team arrived and set to work. Incidental engineering issues were addressed and overcome (their motto: "where there's a will there's a way"), inevitable household disruption kept to a minimum (they were very tidy workers) and, overall, one felt project management and execution was first-rate.
We are delighted with our new en-suite shower room. It looks and feels a delight. Bravo the Elgar crew and thank you.
