When this client got in touch, their existing oil-fired boiler was on its last legs. Years of wear had taken their toll, and with colder months approaching, they decided it was time for a full upgrade.
Our team removed the old, inefficient system and replaced it with a brand-new Ideal Evojet 210kW commercial oil boiler, a powerful, energy-efficient solution designed to keep large spaces warm and running smoothly.
The Project
The job came with its challenges. Access to the plant room was tight, so careful planning (and some forklift precision!) was key to safely removing the old boiler sections and bringing in the new unit.
Once the old system was stripped out, we:

Installed the new Ideal Evojet boiler

Fitted a plate heat exchanger to protect the new system

Replaced all the pipework and insulation

Added new controls for easy day-to-day operation

Upgraded the flue system for improved safety and efficiency
